An hour long class created by the joining of “Awareness Through Movement, ATM®”, of the Feldenkrais® method ( here specifically Alan Questel’s work) and a restorative/mindfulness element. It is well suited for all audiences, including expectant mothers.
The class consists of two segments: The first part employs Alan Questel’s proprietary sequence of “Pregnant Pauses”, suitable for all audiences, but specifically selected to be gentle enough even for pregnant women and seniors.
The second segment adds a restorative/ mindfulness component to restore balance, energy and promote well being. The two together will serve as an integrated whole to provide you with exceptional benefits of body and mind.
