This is a balanced yoga class, emphasizing correct alignment –adjusted to the individual – and appropriate for all levels. Beginners welcome, seasoned practitioners will be able to immerse deeper into the practice.
During the course of the class we will explore different sequences corresponding to different aspects of the physical plane, implementing principles of alignment and sequencing based on the Iyengar system. We will take advantage of using props, including a full yoga wall with ropes. Focus on breath, presence, mindfulness and alignment are the hallmarks of this class.
