Attention school teachers and nurses and all other interested practitioners, a class geared toward your schedule and needs to help you unwind and revitalize after an exhausting day!
A new exciting class offering in Nashua on Tuesday afternoons, where no matter what your current condition or ability, you’ll receive individual attention, a caring presence and will be gently guided through the class toward feeling and functioning better by the end.
Hatha yoga is the physical practice of yoga – ha/sun, tha moon – that brings union to opposing forces, yin and yang if you will. It consists of posture/asana practice, breath control/pranayama and energizes the suble channels of the body. In this particular class we will use various methods: gentle, easy vinyasa to warm up the body and stretch, employing alignment principles of Iyengar yoga, meridian theory and mindfulness principles for meditation and finish up a gentle restorative sequence. Come and refresh your body and mind with us!
The September 23/30 session is by donation to benefit the OS Yoga Community.
Venue: Open Space Yoga, Nashua NH, 19 Factory Street Time: Tuesday Evenings 4:30 – 6:00 PM
