Father’s Day Partner Yoga Special at Yoga Sanctuary
Father’s Day is just around the corner and if you’re still on the fence whether to get another tie or a fishing rod for Dad to this year, I have a different idea for you.
Dads are working hard, and spending long hours away from their beloved family with everyone’s responsibilities and work hours increasing, as the economy has taken its toll on everyone. It has been a stressful time for everyone, so why not give a present that will rejuvenate, revitalize and restore body, mind and spirit. Even better, instead of sending Dad alone, bring him with you and spend some quality Father/ Daugher or Father/ Son time together. Celebrate with a fun, cooperative, rejuvenating yoga sequence, a yoga class that is designed to wash away the stress of the week and renew your body and spirit. A refreshing and fun yoga class that in addition invigorating, relaxing and renewing at the same time, will add an element of surprise, cooperation and playfulness to the mix. (And yes, real man DO yoga, just check up on some of your favorite top US athletes!)
We offer a convenient Sunday morning yoga session, not too early, at 10 AM, which will leave time for sleeping in or going to Sunday service before, whichever is your preference. This partner yoga class is the perfect practice to refresh body, mind and spirit, as well as to bond with your Father in a unique, peaceful setting. Celebrate life and relationship together with an essential yoga practice that will bring good health, vitality and a renewed spirit to both of you.
Remember, yoga is a gift that will keep on giving with more health, wellness and happiness in all of your lives. It will not spoil, or die, need not be stored, and Dad will certainly remember it as one of the most unique gifts he ever received on Father’s Day.
We look forward to making this Father’s Day extra special for the Dad in your life!
Namaste,
Your teacher, Zsuzsa
