Windham Teachers Appreciaton – Free Yoga Class

Please, come join us for Friday, June 12th, for a special candlelit evening class for ALL WINDHAM TEACHERS, in appreciation of all your hard work and dedication to our children throughout the year.  Hopefully it will take away some of the stress coming with the end of year hectic schedule: exams to conduct, papers to grade, curriculum to finish, and leave you refreshed and renewed, giving you more energy for the remainder of the school year.

This class, designed specifically for you, incorporates a sequence of slowly flowing yoga postures to warm the body, some yin style poses for introspection and finally restorative poses to release tension from the body and the mind.

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find this special class perfectly aligned with your needs: through an integrated sequence of calming and restorative yoga poses we’ll come to stretching and opening the body, releasing the tension and quieting/ relaxing the mind at the same time.

It is with the utmost appreciation for your hard work, that I personally invite you to come and enjoy this special yoga class just for you!

Please register ahead to reserve your space in this community event!
