Mother’s Day Yoga Special at Yoga Sanctuary

Mother’s Day is approaching fast and if you’re still wondering what to treat Mom to this year, I have a wonderful idea for you.

Since Mom is always taking care of everyone in the family and especially these past few months have been really stressful in everyone’s lives, how about a session of yoga to rejuvenate, revitalize and restore body, mind and spirit.

In fact we’ll offer two sessions to choose from: a restorative session on Saturday evening and a partner session Sunday morning, for Mother/Daughter, or Mother/ Son bonding or perhaps it’s your wife, the Mother of your child/ren you want to celebrate and spend time with that will bring good health, vitality and a renewed relationship to both of you.

Whomever you will treat to the gift of yoga on as a Mother’s day present, this is a gift that will keep on giving with more health, wellness and happiness in all of your lives. It will not spoil, or die, need not be stored, except in her heart, the only storage that never runs out of space.

This class is by registration only, and since we have a limited number of spaces available, we suggest you register early.

We look forward to making this Mother’s Day super wonderful for the special Mom in your life!
