Come join us for a Yoga Benefit: an afternoon yoga class that will not only relieve the stress of the week and give you a fresh start for your weekend, it will also further a really good cause in these difficult economic times.
This class is for everyone: how long you practiced or what your level of participation is, is of no consequence. Regardless, you’ll find a yoga class packed with an intuitive assortment of yoga postures and sequences, that refreshes your body and quiets the chatter in your mind. We’ll get grounded, focused, invigorated and renewed during the very same yoga class.
This class will include a well a yoga sequence that is well rounded, poses for strenght, stamina and restoration and relaxation. We’ll also practice observances, include yogic breathing and round it out with introspection and meditation in this upcoming class.
And while your Saturday morning yoga class will invigorate, relax and pamper your body, mind and soul simultaneously, at the same time we’ll also act on our social conscience, practice right thought, right action, right living by doing a little bit of good in our own neighborhood, by helping those in need. You may want to think of it as taking your yoga with you off the mat, into each and every day of your life.
This yoga class is the first of community involvement series, with many more yoga classes and events to follow, please check the website frequently for new details.
I personally invite you to come, enjoy a well rounded yoga class and support those in need in our surrounding communities! All proceeds to benefit Shepherd’s Pantry.
Please register ahead to reserve your space in this community event!
