I would like to invite you this Saturday to the first yoga class of our eight week session, a yoga class that will wash away the stress of the week and infuse your weekend with peace, joy and serenity.

Whether you are a beginner yogi or a seasoned practitioner, our Saturday morning yoga class will have something new for you.  Whether it’s a new yoga posture, a breathing practice or a new yoga sequence, you’ll find yourself challenged, comforted and renewed.  Your practice will encompass a refreshing mixture of yoga postures and yoga sequences that invigorates and rejuvenates body and mind at the same time.  Introspective approach, observance, a non competitive environment, proper  yoga posture and alignment, also safe  yoga practices are the very cornerstones of this class.

This is a relaxing and empowering yoga practice that will invigorate, relax and pamper your body, mind and soul at the same time. Throughout the course, together we’ll explore different styles of yoga: hatha, vinyasa, Kripalu, Iyengar and employ all necessary tools for a well rounded, balanced yoga practice.

I invite you to come and take your first yoga steps, or if you’re a returning student, to continue further on your path of the wonderful journey of yoga with us!
